Description

• Prepares test cases for automated and manual test plans. • Develop effective relationships with internal staff. • Adheres to the defined QA standards and best practices. • Provides task status and defect reports to QA Lead. • Execute both manual and automated test cases for a specific software product. • Evaluates test results against expected results. • Document defects into a Quality Management tool and provide collaborative assistance for resolution. • Responsible for retesting resolved defects and adhere to the defect management process. • Responsible for meeting internal testing service level agreements. • Identifies risks to testing and communicates to QA staff.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma. • Completed at least 1 year of college study in a computer science-related field. • Must be considered at least a sophomore by your educational institution. • Must be a currently enrolled as a full-time college student at an accredited institution. • Strong attention to detail, good organizational and multi-tasking skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. • 1+ semesters of a programming language; preferably Java, .Net, or SQL preferred. • Understanding of the required technical aspects for testing of front end applications preferred. • Basic knowledge of QA processes and terms preferred. • Basic knowledge of Agile, waterfall or another project methodology preferred.
