Requirements

• Oversee the financial operations around the company’s intellectual property, including licensing, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies. • Manage the group’s insurance policies to ensure appropriate coverage and protection. • Ensure all financial and business practices comply with legal regulations and company standards. • Identify and mitigate financial and legal risks associated with commercial activities. • Work closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and legal, to provide financial insights and support business strategies. • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Develop and implement processes to enhance financial and legal efficiency within the organization.
