Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus. • Strong financial and legal background with substantial experience in finance and commercial contracting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in financial software and legal research tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
