• Responsible for modeling and orchestrating the Hiring Funnel the candidates go through when applying for a job • Support various features so that Emi can adapt to clients' particularities and needs while improving candidates' experience throughout the entire process • Represent Emi’s core value to clients and is central to enabling our plans • Achieving our mission of building the infrastructure for frontline workers to access professional opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of back-end software development experience • Advanced studies or a completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices • Familiarity with leveraging LLMs/GenAI to enhance performance (e.g., using AI assistants like Copilot) • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English • A humble learner who keeps up with technology and learns from mistakes • A proactive mindset, always eager to come up with new ideas and simple solutions • A people-driven attitude, thriving in a team-oriented environment • A product-minded engineer who thinks about the product and users • Curiosity and initiative, particularly in refactoring medium to large services • Interest or experience in infrastructure and DevOps
