• Emi Labs is on a mission to increase Frontline Workers’ access to professional opportunities • Emi main product: an A.I. recruitment assistant, Emi, that engages in conversations with applicants to detect interested and qualified individuals • Tech Implementation Team at Emi is focused on building tailored versions of the platform for customers to meet their specific recruitment needs • Job involves using internal tools to create and improve candidate interactions with the bot and recruiter interactions with the platform
Requirements
• +1 year of work experience • Analytical skills • Detail-oriented and process-driven • Basic technology knowledge (json structures, programming logics) • Ability to deliver quality work on a tight schedule • Great prioritization and organization skills in a fast-paced environment • Proactivity to seek out opportunities to improve what we do and how we do it • Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish • Clear and simple communication skills • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders • Extreme curiosity, a bias for action, and an appetite for learning and growth
