Then Emma is the right place for you. • We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

• You have a track record of designing and delivering modern, reactive, and responsive web frontends that meet high performance and quality standards, with expertise in cross-browser testing, UI/UX, and conversion optimization. • You have extensive knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and continuous delivery. • You have several years of proven experience in software development and operation covering the full software development lifecycle, ideally in an E-commerce business. • You bring in-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, as well as expertise with frameworks like Vue.js or React.js, and familiarity with build tools such as Webpack or Gulp.js. • You have a good understanding of the importance of a well-organized codebase and documentation. You have the capability of implementing unit, integration, end-to-end and load tests. • You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, business informatics or equivalency in relevant work experience. • You are highly self-organized, with a strong sense of ownership, and have a proactive approach to using technology to solve business challenges. • You have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and are an open-minded and creative team player that challenges directly while caring deeply. • Experience collaborating with design teams to implement Design Systems is a plus, ensuring cohesive and scalable user interfaces.
