• Our mission and where you fit in • At Employment Hero, we’re an ambitious bunch of people on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. • Since our inception in 2014, we've had some pretty impressive growth (100% YoY), reached unicorn status in 2022, and now serve 300,000 businesses globally, with 2 million+ users on the platform. • We have no plans to slow down. • There’s never been a more exciting time to join one of the fastest-growing SaaS unicorns, so let’s see if we could be a match! • What your days might look like • Reporting to our Performance Media Lead APAC, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator with expertise in managing Google Search campaigns. • This is a full remote role supporting our APAC marketing team, where you’ll take ownership of paid media performance to drive business growth. • If you’re highly motivated, technically skilled, and eager to collaborate in a dynamic team environment, this is the role for you! • This is a full time position supporting the APAC timezone (8.30am - 5.30pm PH time, Weekday Day Shifts). • As our Performance Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for Google Search Campaign Management, Campaign Optimization and A/B Testing, Tracking, Reporting, and Analysis, Collaboration and Learning.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, preferably with SaaS software background • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory. • Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking implementation. • Strong skills in campaign optimization, data analysis, and budget management. • Familiarity with ad extensions, automated rules, and advanced bidding strategies. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. • Excellent time management and collaboration skills.
