We have no plans to slow down. • There’s never been a more exciting time to join one of the fastest-growing SaaS unicorns, so let’s see if we could be a match! • What your days might look like • We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team, focusing on our suite of websites. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating best-in-class web experiences that align with our brand values and optimally represent our SaaS and B2B products, including Employment Hero, SmartMatch, and Swag... • Best-in-Class Web Experiences: Design and deliver innovative, creative web experiences that set the standard in our industry. • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, identify pain points, and inform design decisions for our corporate websites. • Information Architecture: Develop and maintain site maps, wireframes, and prototypes that ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey across our websites. • Content Management Systems (CMS): Design for CMS platforms, ensuring that our websites are not only visually stunning but also easy to update and manage. • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineers, copywriters, and digital designers to bring your designs to life, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals. • Brand Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Brand and UX teams to ensure that all digital touchpoints align with our brand guidelines and messaging. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure your designs are effectively implemented. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep our websites at the forefront of user experience design. • What you will bring • Experience is important, but for us the biggest measure of success is people who can live and breathe The EH Way of working.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX design experience, with a knockout portfolio that demonstrates knockout UI and UX skills, showcasing innovative and creative web experiences, particularly on corporate websites, SaaS products, or related digital platforms. • Proficient in UX tools (e.g., Figma,), knowledge of HTML/CSS, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). • Demonstrated experience defining web information architectures for large website conversion optimisation, variant testing, and designing for CMS platforms. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working closely with product owners, engineers, copywriters, and brand designers. • A degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
