📋 Description

• Design and execute demand and lead generation strategies to identify and prioritize the most effective approaches for driving growth. • Monitor, analyze, and report on key data such as website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance to guide decision-making. • Take ownership of Emporix’s organic growth initiatives, including social media, community building, SEO, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization. • Manage and execute Emporix’s paid search and paid social programs on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and others. • Continuously test and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. • Explore, test, and monitor innovative and disruptive channels to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities. • Leverage analytics and insights to optimize marketing programs and align them with Emporix’s overall business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record of success across SEO, paid channels, CRO, and social media. • Strong knowledge in demand and lead generation as well as nurturing programs to effectively drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. • Advanced skills in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot; knowledge of additional platforms is a big plus. • Ability to leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and identify growth opportunities. • A team player who can work cross-functionally and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. • Thinks outside the box to solve problems and engage audiences in innovative ways. • Experience working in a remote team culture, with strong self-management and adaptability.
