📋 Description

• Place outbound calls and handle inbound calls from our participant base, with the objective of consolidating their retirement savings into their employer-sponsored plan with Empower. • Independently and effectively manage a high volume of scheduled meetings, inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails correspondence with customers while making themselves available to receive real-time warm handoffs of newly generated leads from call centers. • Demonstrate expertise in retirement investment vehicles, especially 401(k), 403(b), 457b, 401(a), and IRA. • Answer customer questions and concerns about retirement planning as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED. • 2 years of experience. • FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established timelines. • FINRA Fingerprinting. • Ability to work within a flexible call center schedule and environment.
