📋 Description
• Define and execute the technology strategy for Personal Wealth Investments • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications • Partner closely with wealth management business leaders • Lead a diverse team of directors, managers, and technical experts • Implement risk management practices • Drive continuous improvement initiatives • Oversee the department’s budget • Provide industry experience and engage in industry research
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field • 15+ years of relevant experience in wealth management technology or financial systems • Minimum of 8 years in an executive or senior management role • FINRA Series 99 and fingerprinting required within corporate guidelines • Demonstrated success in developing technology solutions for wealth management
