• Enable is the leading SaaS rebate management platform that fosters trusted relationships between B2B trading partners by automatically detecting and reporting on due rebates. • Customers configure their deals, and Enable ingests and processes all their sales transactions, helping them uncover rebates they might otherwise miss. • As the Lead Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of cutting-edge machine learning and AI-driven products. • This applied AI role focuses on driving innovation by strategically developing and integrating novel AI solutions across both our products and business operations. • We foster a culture of collaboration and growth, where your contributions will shape the company’s future and allow you to grow alongside us.
Requirements
• M.Sc. degree in computer science, engineering or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning. • Proven track record in building and releasing AI/ML commercial products and services. • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and/or R programming language, along with SQL. • Experience building Agentic AI systems, fine-tuning, integrating and productionalizing LLMs; and/or price optimization and simulation using Deep-Q Networks, Monte Carlo Decision Trees, or similar methods. • Deep knowledge of traditional and modern AI/ML algorithms and data modelling strategies. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. • Demonstrable AI projects showcasing innovation and business impact.
