Description

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. •PMP certification, Six Sigma, or Scrum certification preferred. •Strong understanding of cross-departmental collaboration within revenue cycle management or healthcare. •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. •Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and healthcare industry trends. •Experience with a rapidly scaling technology/services business is a plus •Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. •Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use office applications, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Zoom, and other Learning technology. •Regular and predictable attendance. •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
