• As a Senior Azure Support Engineer, you will manage, maintain, and enhance Azure environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues for clients. • Collaborate closely with customers to coordinate maintenance windows and manage change activities.
• 6+ years of experience implementing and supporting Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Citrix technologies. • Proven experience with Citrix ADC, CVAD, Citrix Cloud DaaS. • Extensive knowledge of Windows technologies: RDS, IIS, GPOs, and Active Directory. • Familiarity with Netscaler Load Balancing solutions and Azure networking. • Experience with ASR/DR testing and failovers. • Citrix CCA-V certification or equivalent work experience. • AZ-104 certification. • AZ-800 certification. • MS-102 • Working knowledge of Microsoft CSP program and Lighthouse. • Working knowledge of Azure and IaaS Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace technologies. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Azure, Windows, and Citrix issues. • Understanding of data communication architectures. • Positive attitude with a passion for solving challenging infrastructure issues. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with customers and team members. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Self-starter capable of working independently on complex tasks. • Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure.
