Description

• Encoda is the leading claims and denials software solution that acts as the connective tissue between practice management systems, clearinghouses, and payers. • We give practices greater visibility into their claims data, allowing them to address denials more efficiently - and more profitably. • The Python Developer works effectively across the entire software development life cycle including detailed design, coding, testing, and deployment. • You should be a high-level contributor with a passion for learning new languages/technology stacks and tackling large and complex problems.

Requirements

• Implement quality code against the stack using design patterns and development best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to gather feedback and improve the platform. • Actively participate in code reviews to ensure established coding standards are met and quality code is being delivered to production. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the existing code base. • Contribute to the design process for new and existing applications/components (technical specification, acceptance criteria, design, and implementation). • Participate in strategy brainstorming, evaluate roadmap choice, and define scope. • Participate effectively in agile development processes (backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily scrum). • Participate in a culture that values thoughtful code reviews, testable code, and scalability.
