Virtualization Administrator

Description
• Work with the existing Virtualization team • Manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot and support physical and virtual servers • Assist with implementing new system hardware and software • Provide input for developing local operating procedures and policies • Environment monitoring, reacting to time critical situations
Requirements
• Five (5) to seven (7) years hands-on experience supporting various vSphere components • Familiarity with server virtualization technologies and SAN/storage concepts • In depth experience with server chassis technologies • Security hardening experience • Working knowledge of OS security best practices • Experience creating/maintaining high quality documentation • Active Secret clearance • CompTIA Security+ and VCP 5/6/7 • Bachelor's degree or higher • Preferred: Scripting – PowerShell, BASH, python, etc. • Clustering Concepts – WFC, Oracle RAC • Experience with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidelines
