Description

• Endpoint supports life sciences through interactive response technology since 2009. • Senior Director for Technical Operations, establishing vision and strategy in India. • Manage operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives, reporting to VP, Technical Operations. • Oversee engineering leaders and teams for quality and efficient software delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience. • 15+ years of experience in technical management of operational software teams. • Experience in leading engineering organizations through significant growth, industrializing operations engineering processes while maintaining quality delivery. • Demonstrable experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and other software development concepts like Source Control (Git), DevOps, or CI/CD. • Experience with application and database design and development. • 15+ years of experience in the IRT industry, highly preferred. • Experience with ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server is advantageous. • Experience with client-side technologies, including HTML/ JavaScript/CSS is advantageous. • Strong understanding of the Indian market and regulatory landscape.
