📋 Description

• Interested in joining a growing company where you will work with talented colleagues, enhance a supportive and energetic culture, and be part of the climate solution? • Energy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our Business Strategy Team. • As a Product Manager at Energy Solutions, you will serve as a product development and management expert for one or more practice areas including Distributed Energy Resources, Energy Efficiency, Decarbonization, Energy Codes & Standards. • You will lead the product development of new products and service offerings, in close collaboration with the practice area leadership team. • You will drive the update and refinement of existing products to continue offering competitive and profitable existing products to the market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related, STEM, or environmental discipline. • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related role. • Experience partitioning or training in the area of product management including the development and delivery of a long-term product vision. • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice of customer outreach. • Direct project management experience including partnership management and program design development. • Intermediate experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software. • Willingness to work as part of multiple teams and balance parallel workstreams. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on core product management activities.
