📋 Description

• Managing overall direction, execution, quality control and completion of project deliverables • Facilitating changes in requirements, documentation, processes and systems • Communicating project progress to management, clients and utility partners • Interacting with customers, clients, utility partners, and external collaborators, including leading meetings and presentations • Conducting robust data analysis • Tracking of industry trends and other market changes that impact DERs • Organizing and facilitating in-person meetings, conference calls, and facilitated collaboration sessions • Conducting program status meetings, capturing escalations, and resolving • Employee supervision

🎯 Requirements

• A technical bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline preferred • A minimum of 8 years of work experience (graduate school years applicable) • A minimum of 5 years project management experience • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis including expert experience in Excel • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management and mitigation • Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks • Ability to interact professionally with clients and to serve as the primary point of client contact for some projects
