• Responsible for supporting development and maintenance of relationships with HVAC manufacturers and contractors • Travel to locations to drive energy efficiency program performance • Serve as resource between Energy Solutions program leads and Outreach Team • Track market activity to predict developments • Contribute to outreach plans for new and existing programs • Analyze participation statistics and market data to determine sales potential • Develop best practice documentation for trade ally relationships • Familiarize with public data resources relevant to strategic interests
• Bachelor’s degree in an energy-related discipline preferred • A minimum of 2 years of related work experience with a degree • A minimum of 4 years related work experience with no degree • Familiarity with HVAC and water heater • Ability to interact professionally with clients • Excellent business acumen, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis using Excel • Ability to travel 1-2 times per week in the Denver-metro area • Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred • Work experience in sales or at HVAC contractor, distributor, or manufacturer preferred
