• In this dynamic role, you will use your creative side to build and maintain a robust social media calendar with posts that nail Enfuce’s vibrant and bold brand tone of voice and at the same time use your love of organization to own our creative production pipeline by keeping our creative agency partners on task, owning project plans, and ensure stakeholders are in the loop. • As a member of the Brand and Communications team at Enfuce, part of the wider Enfuce marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in our brand expression via our social channels and ensure very design project and asset is as vivid and exciting as our brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Social Media and Creative Production Management experience. • You have proven professional experience writing in English and writing samples. • Project management skills and understanding of tools like Jira and Trello. • You have advanced social media knowledge and know how to grow channels and keep the algorithm happy for maximum performance. • You have an amazing attention to detail whether spotting typos in outgoing social posts or ensuring the accuracy in a project plan. • You love getting creative and ideating as much as you love a tightly managed and executed project. • You have some writing experience across social media channels and blogs. • You have strong knowledge of and can independently use graphic asset tools like Figma to update post templates. • You have experience with other forms of content like blog posts, podcasting, or video. • You have experience working with B2B audiences. • You can work day to day and create flawless English-language content. • Nice to haves: Audio or video editing skills. • Social media, brand, or communications agency experience. • An understanding of PR basics. • B2B experience. • Understanding of the marketing funnel and an understanding of how organic channels support marketing success.
