• As a Creative Content Ideation Intern, contribute innovative perspectives and creative insights. • Stay updated on current trends, news, and developments across the sports landscape. • Collaborate with the content team to generate fresh and engaging content ideas. • Assist in developing content calendars and strategic plans based on content ideas and themes. • Prepare and present content proposals to internal stakeholders effectively. • Gather feedback from team members and refine content concepts. • Work closely with writers, editors, and designers to bring content ideas to life. • Track performance of published content and analyze audience engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of various sports leagues, teams, players, and events. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. • Strong research and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for identifying trends and storytelling opportunities. • Creativity and innovation, demonstrated through the development of original content concepts and pitches. • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and accuracy in content planning and execution. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving priorities. • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
