Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support Enghouse Systems' global dynamic needs. • You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and devise tailored recruitment strategies. • Your role will involve identifying and engaging with skilled professionals across various disciplines, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding. • You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead and will contribute to global hiring initiatives.

Requirements

• Multilingual preferred, proficiency in Spanish will be an advantage • 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment as an in-house recruiter • 1-2 years of experience managing both technical and non-technical roles. • Experience managing 10-15 requisitions at any given point of time • Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates using various channels and technology tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter. • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and determination. • Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese. • Legally eligible to work in the country without sponsorship • Candidate should be based out of Brazil
