• Provide high-level support to the CEO. • Communicate effectively within the organization and to the community. • Manage communications, scheduling, and office management. • Perform various clerical tasks and maintain an organized filing system. • Handle day-to-day office administration for the CEO's office.
• Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree in business administration preferred or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of three years in administrative assistance. • Minimum of two years as an executive administrative assistant in the supplements, wellness, or a related field. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving ability.
