β€’ Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. β€’ Create, design, and post high-quality graphics, videos, and other content aligned with the brand's vision. β€’ Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring content is creative, relevant, and engaging. β€’ Monitor and analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools to optimize campaigns and report results to leadership. β€’ Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage the brand’s online community. β€’ Stay up to date with trends in social media and bring new ideas for content strategies and engagement tactics.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio showcasing past work (must include content creation, social media strategy, and measurable success). β€’ Graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) or other design platforms like Canva. β€’ Strong understanding of eCommerce and experience building brand presence and driving conversions via social media. β€’ Experience working with analytics tools to measure and improve performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite). β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
