Requirements

• Secret Security Clearance • Develop and implement solutions in ServiceNow, including customizations and integrations. • Design, build, and optimize custom ServicePortals to meet user and business requirements. • Collaborate with business analysts and consultants to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications. • Work on Service Catalog configuration and enhancements to improve service delivery. • Ensure high-quality development through rigorous testing and code reviews. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining system stability and performance. • Stay updated on ServiceNow features and industry best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.
