• About Enode • Our mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices. • As our first dedicated operations hire, you’ll have a broad scope and will be a key force in building out a world-class operations function to support our scaling efforts as we continue on our journey to accelerate the transition to a sustainable future.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations within a high-growth, VC-backed start-up, or a combination of strategy consulting and operational expertise • Demonstrated ability to apply analytics and quantitative methods to shape and drive informed decision-making • A problem-solving mindset with a talent for dissecting complex challenges and effectively leading change initiatives • Intellectual curiosity about our product and the energy transition, with a readiness to explore and master new topics and technologies • A hands-on approach and a proactive attitude toward achieving results • A deep passion for our mission and enthusiasm for contributing to what we are building
