Description

• Responsible for implementing Slate and improving workflows for client-partners • Drive client-partner retention and satisfaction through effective communication • Collaborate with internal teams to expand Slate functionality • Attend training sessions and webinars to enhance knowledge on Slate

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in CRM Slate; implementation experience preferred • Strong oral, listening, and written communication skills • Ability to build relationships and trust with partner institutions • Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience • Willingness to learn to use new technologies and tools • Demonstrated experience in teaching, coaching, or leading professional training sessions • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, changing environment
