• Act as the primary escalation point to diffuse operational roadblocks, develop innovative solutions, troubleshoot client-side code, query databases, and analyze results • Provide key technical & product solutions across teams • Work closely with Product Management, Project Management, and Engineering teams to enhance our products based on internal user feedback • Write internal technical documentation as well as client-facing guides
• Excellent English Skills (spoken and written) • Hands-on knowledge of web technologies, and strong troubleshooting experience with HTML, JS, CSS, and RESTful APIs • Great communication skills, needed to articulate technical solutions to non-technical people • Proficiency in SQL and functional experience in data analysis (Looker, Power BI, or Excel) • Experience with cross-browser compliance test tools • Understanding of ad serving and related technologies (DFP, GTM, Header Bidding, oRTB, Programmatic Workflow, PrebidJS) • Ability to quickly conceptualize ad technologies
