• Technical troubleshooting • Customer service and support • Effective communication • Problem-solving and critical thinking • Detail-oriented and organizational abilities • Client engagement and relationship management • Campaign planning, management, and optimization • Data analysis and performance reporting • Documentation and knowledge base development • AdTech platforms (Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges) • Chrome Developer Tools • JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Postman for API interactions • SQL for database querying • Charles Proxy for network traffic analysis • Familiarity with HTTP(S) protocols and web traffic debugging
