📋 Description

• Ethereum Name Service (ENS) is a decentralized, permissionless naming system built on the Ethereum blockchain. • As the Developer Relations Lead, you’ll drive efforts to build and nurture a strong, engaged community of developers. • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure developers have the resources, support, and education they need. • Lead and mentor a team of developer advocates to engage the community and drive ENS adoption. • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for driving developer engagement. • Oversee the creation of tutorials, guides, and other educational resources. • Build relationships with key developers and represent ENS at conferences. • Define KPIs for developer engagement and success.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in developer relations, technical evangelism, or community management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving developer adoption. • Deep understanding of Web3, Ethereum, decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and ENS. • Strong technical background and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Knowledge of JavaScript, Solidity, or similar languages is a plus. • Experience leading and mentoring a team, with a focus on empowering others and scaling developer relations efforts. • Proven ability to create compelling, technical content for diverse audiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. • A strong passion for decentralized technologies and the Web3 space. • Experience with ENS or similar decentralized technologies. • Active participation in the Web3 or open-source community. • Event management experience (hackathons, meetups, webinars).
