Description

• Perform desk-based research using patent search systems and non-patent literature databases to identify relevant information • Devise search strategies to effectively utilize each system and ensure appropriate scope of the search • Quickly read and synthesize information from various sources to determine relevance to the search • Curate and analyze documents located during the search to identify and describe the relevance of each document to the search requirements • Prepare report detailing search strategy and results according to established guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in one of these technical areas: Electrical Engineering & Physical Sciences • 3+ years' experience in patent search, patent examination, or patent prosecution • Knowledge of non-patent literature sources in your relevant technical field • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
