Description

• The EnsembleIQ Audience Development department is responsible for strategic planning and execution to acquire, engage and retain targeted audience members. • You will be an integral member of the team, primarily responsible for building and managing audience data sets and reports and supporting the creation of strategies to inform audience activation programs that drive growth, engagement and retention. • You will support strategic audience planning and execution, and provide insights and learnings that inform future programming. • This role crosses event, digital and magazine product lines, leveraging internal and external partnerships and platforms to drive overall growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Analytics, a related field, or equivalent experience • At least 3 years’ experience in audience acquisition, audience development, or audience data growth, engagement and retention support roles • Media audience and marketing experience preferred • Basic understanding of audience database systems and data management • Strong analytical skills, with focused experience in audience segmentation, audience targeting, and marketing automation • Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to assist teams with data requests and troubleshooting • Ability to extract insights from data to inform marketing and sales strategies • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Logically analyze data and systematically weigh options to determine the best solution • Make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems • Apply knowledge of functional industry and organization to develop new approaches or strategies • Knowledge of Marketo ESP, SQL databases, and business intelligence tools a plus
