Description
• This is a work from home role based in Colombia. • The Event Producer will provide event execution for 6 to 8 events across North America. • You will manage sponsor communication, deliverables, and execution. • Ensure all sponsor objectives are met through effective coordination and timely updates. • Act as the primary contact for sponsors, managing end-to-end communication to ensure all requirements and expectations are met. • Coordinate and execute sponsor activations, including gathering requirements, scheduling, and on-site support to ensure successful setup and implementation. • Develop and manage comprehensive speaker communications, including Speaker Show Kits, FAQs, and event details to ensure a smooth experience. • Handle any issues as and when they arise and oversee problem until resolution.
Requirements
• 3+ years of in-person event experience • Speaker management and sponsorship management experience required • Virtual events experience a plus • C1 English verbal and written proficiency • B2B events awards program experience a plus • Highly collaborative problem solver demonstrating positivity and a “can do” attitude.
