Description

• The Associate Technical Delivery Manager (ATDM) is a key member of the Ensono Diamond of Success team. • The ATDM will work on the Technical Delivery Management team with our clients to develop a deep understanding of their business and how that business drives their technology needs. • Assist to ensure clients have an exceptional experience with the technology solutions provided. • Support the Technical Delivery Management team while moving toward the Technical Delivery Manager role.

Requirements

• Demonstrable troubleshooting and investigative skills. • In possession of a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Client and task focused. • The ability to manage, with some direction, competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders. • An adept communicator who can interact with audiences of varying skill sets and experiences. • 1-4 years’ experience working in project management, service delivery, technical account management, or systems administration (preferred). • Possessing industry-recognized technical credentials (such as AWS, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications) (preferred). • Deep understanding of technologies: Mainframe, Open Systems, Virtualization, Databases, Cloud Computing, Middleware, or Networking (preferred).
