📋 Description

• At Ensono, our Purpose is to be a relentless ally, disrupting the status quo and unleashing our clients to Do Great Things! • We enable our clients to achieve key business outcomes that reshape how our world runs. • Ensono is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager for our Ensono Envision client portal. • This role is crucial in ensuring a user-friendly platform that provides transparency and insights across Ensono’s hybrid IT services to meets the evolving needs of our clients. • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing SaaS-based applications and a passion for creating intuitive, client-centric solutions working in a fast-paced, creative environment. • You will report directly to the CTO and will work closely with the development director to set priorities as well as cross-functional business and operational teams to deliver a product roadmap that aligns with our mission to empower clients through innovative and intuitive solutions. • Are you someone who is passionate about online digital experiences, uncovering new ways to delight users and developing capabilities to bring those ideas to life?

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in developing multi-tenant, user-friendly client-facing interfaces. • A can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to resolving complex challenges. • Strong expertise in product management methodologies and best practices. • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail. • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis. • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
