Description

• Conduct thorough security assessments of a Cosmos-based blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications • Perform detailed analysis of potential vulnerabilities across various domains such as financial engineering, consensus mechanisms, cryptographic algorithms, and smart contract code • Create and execute strategies to detect and mitigate security threats efficiently. • Keep abreast of emerging security threats and vulnerabilities in the blockchain sector. • Work closely with development teams to integrate robust security measures into blockchain systems. • Provide guidance on secure coding practices, cryptographic implementations, and overall system security. • Actively engage in incident response activities, including investigating and mitigating security incidents. • Develop and update incident response plans tailored to blockchain security incidents. • Generate comprehensive reports on security assessments, vulnerabilities, and recommended mitigation strategies. • Document security policies, procedures, and best practices related to blockchain security

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field • Proficiency in English at C1-C2 level • Minimum of 3 years of experience in blockchain security research, with a focus on identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Familiarity with popular blockchain platforms and associated security challenges • Expertise in blockchain technologies, cryptography, and smart contract security • Solid programming skills, especially in languages commonly used in blockchain development such as Solidity, Go, or Rust • Knowledge of fuzzing, static/dynamic analysis, pen testing, or formal verification is advantageous • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
