Description

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our DeFi solutions, with a focus on liquid staking, lending & borrowing, and other DeFi services. • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market demands. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product requirements and ensure successful product delivery. • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of product features. • Champion the user experience by collecting and analysing user feedback, conducting usability tests, and iterating on product designs to improve user satisfaction. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure product performance, drive data-informed decisions, and achieve business objectives. • Ensure all product features comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for security and privacy in the DeFi space.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the tech industry, with at least 2 years focused on DeFi or web3 projects. • In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols, especially liquid staking, lending & borrowing platforms, and other DeFi applications. • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions, preferably with hands-on experience in blockchain technology. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality products on time. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
