Requirements

• Personal/Professional experience in web3/blockchain/crypto space. • Personal experience with staking crypto assets and onchain analysis tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in blockchain/web3. • Understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets. • Proficient in data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and project management software (Jira, Trello). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Experience collaborating with teams developing smart contracts or cross-chain blockchain protocols. • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles. • Crypto trading experience.
