Description

• Evaluate and manage client requirements for projects. • Create process flows from client briefing without coding. • Create AI knowledge bases for our bots without coding. • Use prompt engineering to manage and improve output quality. • Provide error and solution analyses ensuring that high quality is met. • Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners. • Manage projects to ensure smooth execution of projects and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. • Work collaboratively with other data teams to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges. • Do other random stuff that gets thrown at you in real start-up manners.

Requirements

• Native language skills in German (ideally Swiss German) and high proficiency in English. • Proficiency in French and/or Italian would be appreciated. • Ability to work and organize yourself independently and to efficiently manage your tasks and time. • Strong analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication. • Attention to detail in terms of language and ensuring good data quality. • Prior experience with project management and a customer success mindset to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. • Personable and comfortable in communicating and managing meetings with internal and external stakeholders alike. • Curiosity and willingness to learn about and work with new topics.
