• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH region, you will be laser-focused on generating pipeline and setting up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives (AEs). • Your #1 goal and priority – To create pipeline (opportunities) for our AEs so they can close deals. • Prospect & Outreach – Connect with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and connect via email, LinkedIn, calls and at events. • Qualify Leads – Use BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to qualify the opportunity. • Book Sales Meetings – Secure discovery calls, meetings and demos for Account Executives (AEs). • Engage Inbound Leads – Respond quickly to website inquiries, webinar sign-ups, and marketing leads. • Use AI & Automation – Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Lusha for efficiency. • Consistently Hit KPIs – Reach your KPI goals and track your activities in Hubspot (calls, emails, meetings booked). Data hygiene is very important for us.
• Fluency in German or Swiss-German and English is required • Previous experience in SaaS sales is mandatory • Be hungry for success, extremely motivated and positive • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Strong pitching, convincing and closing skills • 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS software company, with a proven track record of generating successful leads • Hands-on experience with various sales and qualification techniques (BANT, MEDDPICC) • Consistently achieved sales targets and quotas • Proficiency with Hubspot or Salesforce (for us, data hygiene is one of the most important things) • Understanding of sales performance metrics
