• Company Overview • Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group (EHCG) is a Woman-Owned Small Business specializing in IT Consulting. • EHCG provides best in class services to its customers in various areas including Business Systems Services, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Cloud Migration. • Job Description • Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is looking for a motivated Customer Support (Help Desk) Analyst to support our DoD client. • Responsibilities include monitoring customer support inbox, preparing and participating in training, reviewing work orders, transforming user requests into specifications, and performing systems management.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is required. • Previous DoD customer support/help desk experience is highly desired. • Experience supporting a DoD/Federal financial application is highly desired. • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
