📋 Description

• Enterra Solutions introduces the world’s top brands to true enterprise intelligence. • As a Deployment Manager, you will oversee the deployment of Enterra’s AI solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. • Develop and manage deployment plans, including timelines and resources. • Work closely with product development, engineering, and client services teams. • Create documentation and manage the library of client-specific technical deployment artifacts. • Communicate infrastructure technical requirements to clients. • Provide technical answers to client queries. • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback. • Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams. • Track deployment progress and performance metrics. • Identify and resolve deployment challenges promptly. • Gather insights post-deployment to enhance future strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software solution deployment specifically deployment roles within Cloud based services ideally at a software company. • 3+ years of experience with MS Azure cloud. AWS and GCP experience is nice to have but not essential. • Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, their applications and the use of Dockerized Images. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in a client-facing/consulting role.
