Our roles can be based ANYWHERE in Australia or New Zealand, and while we all mostly work from home we’re proud of how we keep our global team connected. • The Role • The Senior Business Analyst (Compliance) plays a critical role in ensuring that Envato meets its regulatory obligations and maintains its reputation as a trusted partner in the creative ecosystem. • This role focuses on breaking down complex compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, DSA) into actionable projects and work streams, and coordinating their delivery across relevant domain product development teams via the PDLC. As a key member of our Product Development organisation, you will ensure that compliance projects match our business’ risk appetite, align to our business objectives, are implemented effectively, and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, with a focus on compliance and regulatory projects, preferably in a digital environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks. • Exceptional communication abilities, conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects. • High attention to detail, ensuring thorough analysis and accurate documentation. • Collaborative mindset, working effectively across teams and departments. • Professionally self-aware, seeking feedback and continuously improving. • Upholds honesty, transparency, and integrity, aligning with Envato’s values.
