• Identify and hire great talent for clients • Understand clients' recruitment processes and craft effective hiring strategies • Collaborate with an experienced team of talent acquisition professionals • Execute all phases of the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer signing • Create and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates • Conduct thorough candidate interviews • Communicate with candidates and clients • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities and strategies to client stakeholders • Build deep understanding of recruitment processes • Develop recruitment team management skills and network • Create partnerships with senior leadership to drive new talent acquisition strategies
• 2+ years experience in in-house, RPO or agency recruitment role • Strong experience in candidate sourcing methodologies • Strong client-facing experience • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder and hiring manager relationships • Solid experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision • Flexible • Strong consulting skills • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment • Experience tracking and managing candidates in an ATS system • Excellent written/verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in English and Japanese preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
