Description

• Lead accounting and reporting for the EMEA region • Manage EMEA accounting team • Collaborate with partners to align financial controls with organizational priorities • Perform financial analysis to explain variances in performance • Develop and implement effective systems, policies, and financial controls • Ensure timely cash projections for planning

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10+ years managing monthly close and financial reporting process • Advanced Degree in Accounting, CPA/ACCA required, MBA is a plus • Audit experience within a public accounting firm • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills • Strong attention to details and analytical skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Highly collaborative and customer service-oriented • Experience in Global Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Financial system implementations/improvements is a plus
