Description
• The Manager, Translation & Interpretation will coordinate and deliver language services for EO’s global programs. • Responsible for overseeing translation, interpretation, and other language-related services. • Contributes to the global effectiveness of EO’s content and member engagement strategies. • Build and maintain a network of language service providers and manage service delivery.
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in communications, project management and/or leading a translation service in a multicultural environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Interpretation, Linguistics, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two languages, including proficiency in English and one of the EO official languages. • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accuracy and quality in language services. • Collaborative & consultative approach to working with many stakeholder groups. • Proficiency in using translation software/tools and Microsoft Office is desirable.
