📋 Description
• Lead the Avionics System integration process, ensuring seamless incorporation into aircraft design with a focus on performance, efficiency, and sustainability. • Manage avionics integration projects, oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Ensure all avionics systems meet relevant aerospace standards and regulatory requirements for certification. • Work closely with avionics system suppliers to define requirements and resolve technical challenges. • Oversee the testing and validation of the avionics system to verify performance and safety criteria are met.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 15 years in the aerospace industry within an aircraft or OEM environment • Expertise in contemporary avionics systems technologies and aerospace certification processes • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects from concept to certification • Exceptional problem-solving skills and capacity to address technical challenges through innovative solutions • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
