📋 Description
• Lead internal loads development for sustainable aviation technology • Apply structural analysis methods including linear and non-linear analyses • Develop and maintain complex FEM models for large-scale aerospace systems • Conduct optimization, buckling, and fatigue analyses • Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and help establish load paths
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in aerospace structural engineering • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field • Strong working knowledge of FAA Part 25 civilian aerospace regulations • Expertise in structural sizing, fatigue analysis, damage tolerance, and failure modes for both metallic and composite airframe structures • Strong experience with engineering software tools used in aerospace structural analysis • Proven experience in leading clean-sheet designs from concept through flight test and certification in an established OEM environment • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on delivering high-quality results • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
