• Build strong relationships with users, understanding their needs and objectives. • Provide proactive support and guidance to users, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. • Conduct regular check-ins with users to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues and ensure timely and effective solutions. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the user base. • Maintain accurate user records and update relevant information in the CRM system. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to effectively advise users on optimizing their success.
• Proven experience as a Customer Success Officer or similar customer-facing role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple user relationships simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success management tools. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in Tagalog and English, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate between the two languages.
