This success is the result of our employees' diverse technical and business expertise, which fuels collaboration and ongoing innovation. • We use equal parts innovation, quality, and reliability to create comprehensive, solution-driven product offerings for our customers. • EPIC iO is looking for a Salesforce to lead the data architecture, system integrations, and workflow automation between our Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing Platform. • This role will ensure seamless data flow from lead generation to closed accounts, optimizing field management, syncing processes, and enhancing the CPQ quoting system, SKU management, and reporting accuracy. • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in improving data integrity, report dashboards, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM (data structure, field management, reporting, automation). • Experience with HubSpot (or strong understanding of marketing automation platforms). • Strong data management skills (integration, syncing, deduplication). • Experience with sales quoting processes (CPQ, SKU management, pricing workflows). • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system workflows. • Familiarity with APIs (Power BI, Tableau), automation tools and third-party reporting tools is a plus.
